fresh options secure parking comfortable bed
the breakfast service had fresh options i saw a beautiful fish tank in the lobby the hotel provided secure parking on site i found that beneficial. the staff at the reception were available 24 hours a day this made check-in and any late-night inquiries easy i had a double room and it was clean. the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful sleep
the room was quite warm even with the window open

helpful staff parking space late check
i found the staff very helpful. they offered to move my room to the first floor when they noticed i used a walking stick. everything was sorted upon my arrival. i booked a parking space and late check.
the room felt small. the road outside was noisy. i found it a bit disruptive for sound sleep.

The reception team provided really good service and gave me a free breakfast. i received a very warm welcome, and staff were always super friendly and helpful . That was amazing.

the hotel's location offered fine bus connections. a short bus ride to an underground station. the hotel is close to a market street with shops and restaurants. the location was ideal for attending a tottenham hotspur match.

The room included a comfortable bed and offered lovely options for breakfast, i liked that it was super clean. the room was quiet and perfectly clean. the pillows are really comfortable. I slept really well.

The staff were cute. they provided a fridge in the room. This was a nice touch. the location was good, close to amenities and transport.
the pillows were too thin. they need replacing with better quality ones. the room was a little small. street noise was noticeable, impacting sleep quality.

adequate, but some issues
small room constant traffic
the room was quite small (i'm not sure how much smaller it could be). i also found it odd i had to leave my key at reception every time i left the building, i've never had to do that. the constant traffic noise made sleeping difficult (a major downside!).
